Day 1 : Arrival at Mumbai
On the Day 1, the tour set off with your arrival in Mumbai, the gateway of India. You’ll be received and escorted by our representative to the hotel where you’ll be staying overnight.
Day 2 : Mumbai to Aurangabad
In the morning, post breakfast, you’ll be driven to airport to board a flight to Aurangabad. On arriving in Aurangabad, you’ll be transferred to hotel. Check into the hotel and relax for while. Later during the day, you’ll be taken on an excursion to the Ellora Caves.
Explore the pre-historic rock-cut Buddhist, Hindu and Jain caves. Retire to the hotel after an eventful day.
Day 3 : Aurangabad to Bhopal
Today, you’ll be setting out for an all day trip to Ajanta Caves. Following this, you’ll be escorted to Jalgaon railway station to board a train to Bhopal. Overnight on board the train.
Day 4 : Bhopal
As soon as you reach Bhopal, you’ll be received and greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Check into the hotel and relax for while. Later, you’ll be driven to Sanchi for visiting Buddhist monuments such as Sanchi Stupa and Archeological Museum.
Retire to the hotel for staying overnight.
Day 5 : Bhopal to Agra
On the Day 5 of the Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour, you’ll be boarding a train to Agra. On arrival, check into hotel. After lunch, have a small afternoon siesta. Later, you’ll set about to visit the splendid Taj Mahal.
Retire to your hotel for night stay.
Day 6 : Agra to Varanasi
Today, you’ll be visiting exquisite and well preserved monuments of the Mughal period. You’ll be taken to Red Fort, tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula and Akbar’s tomb in Sikandra.
After sightseeing trip of the Agra city, you’ll be boarding a flight to Varanasi. On reaching, transfer and check into the hotel.
Day 7 : Varanasi to Bodhgaya
Early morning, you’ll be taken on an exciting boar tide on River Ganges. Later, head for Bodhgaya. En route, you’ll be visiting Sarnath and associated monuments such as Asoka Pillar, Museum and Monastery.
On reaching Bodhgaya, check into a hotel and retire for night.
Day 8 : Bodhgaya
On the Day 8, an exciting day of Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour starts with your visit to Mahabodhi Temple and Niranjana River.
Return to hotel after a day full of activities.
Day 9 : Bodhgaya to Patna
Today, you’ll be hitting the road to Patna. En route, visit the ancient sites of Rajgir and Nalanda.
On reaching Patna, check into a hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10 : Patna to Delhi
On the penultimate day of the Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour, you’ll be visiting the monuments of Patna including Golghar, Museum and Gurudwara. Later you’ll be catching a flight to Delhi.
On arrival, check into a Delhi hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11 : Departure from Delhi
Today is the last day of your Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour. First, you’ll be taken on a sightseeing tour of Delhi including India Gate, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, President House, Qutb Minar and Connaught Place.
Later, you’ll be assisted to transfer to International Airport for boarding the flight back home.
