Day 1 : Arrive London
On arrival at London airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in London.
Day 2 : London
After breakfast, discover London with the digital pass and cover Hop-On Hop-Off Tour. Later visit Madame Tussaud’s, the famous wax museum and The London Eye, one of the world’s largest observatory wheels. Overnight in London. (B)
Day 3 : London
After breakfast the day is free to explore London on your own or you can also take an optional tour of Oxford, Stratford & the Cotswolds’ Villages. Overnight in London. (B)
Day 4 : London - Windermere
After breakfast travel by train to Windermere, a large lake in Cumbria’s Lake District National Park, which is surrounded by mountain peaks and villages. Spend the evening at leisure enjoying the wonderful scenery, or walk around and explore the beauty of the area on your own. Overnight in Windermere. (B)
Day 5 : Windermere
Today the entire day is free for you to explore this beautiful area on your own. There are plenty of things to do, such as going for a boat ride and cruising past stunning mountain scenery, secluded bays and wooded islands. Or visit nearby Bowness, a great place to pick up souvenirs and relax at one of the many cafes. Overnight in Windermere. (B)
Day 6 : Windermere – Edinburgh
Today travel by train to Edinburgh, the celebrated capital city of Scotland. Later you are free to explore the city on your own. World-class attractions here include the National Museum of Scotland, the Scottish National Galleries and St Giles Cathedral There are also many gardens and museums, including the magical Royal Botanic Garden. Overnight in Edinburgh. (B)
Day 7 : Edinburgh
Today, board a Hop-On Hop-Off bus for a tour of the city’s main attractions. Discover the fascinating history of this amazing city at your own pace. Later you can opt to gain an insight as to how whisky is made by taking the ‘The Scotch Whisky Experience’ tour. Overnight in Edinburgh. (B)
Day 8 : Depart Edinburgh
Today you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight back home or to your onward destination. (B)
